Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Callboardjobs LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("Callboard," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of https://www.callboardjobs.com and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" includes that organization.

1. The Service

Callboard is an online job board. Job seekers can browse jobs, save jobs, and apply using "Easy apply." Employers and recruiters ("Employers") can post job listings, add screening questions, and review applicants through our hiring and recruiter tools. Some Employer features require a paid plan.

Callboard is a platform only. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or employment agency, and we are not a party to any employment relationship between job seekers and Employers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You must be able to form a binding contract and must not be barred from using the Service under applicable law. Employers and anyone purchasing a paid plan must be at least 18. The Service is intended for users in the United States.

3. Accounts

You may browse and apply for jobs without an account. Some features, such as saving jobs and posting jobs, may require you to sign in by email, Google, or X (Twitter). You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information;
  • Keep your sign-in credentials secure and not share your account;
  • Notify us promptly at hello@callboardjobs.com of any unauthorized use; and
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

Your use of Google or X sign-in is also subject to those providers' terms.

4. Job Seeker Obligations

If you use the Service as a job seeker, you agree that:

  • The information you submit in applications, including screening question answers, is truthful and accurate;
  • You will apply only for jobs you are genuinely interested in, and will not submit spam or automated applications;
