Safari only. Chrome on iPhone cannot add to Home Screen.

Open this page in Safari. Tap the Share button (square with an arrow).
Add to Home Screen. Scroll the sheet if you don’t see it. Name it Callboard. Add.
Open the icon. It launches full-screen like any other app.

Android

Chrome, Edge, or Samsung Internet.

The Callboard app you install today is the official board on your home screen. A listing in the Apple App Store and Google Play needs the owner’s developer accounts ($99/year Apple, $25 Google) and store review. Until those are submitted, this install is the live iOS and Android app.
