Sales Representative, Callboard (2 openings)

Callboard (callboardjobs.com) is a new Twin Cities job board launching November 1, 2026, and we're hiring two sales reps to help local employers find great people. You'll be one of our first hires, with a real say in how we grow.

What you'll do

- Reach out to Twin Cities employers, such as small businesses, restaurants, healthcare, trades, nonprofits and schools, and introduce them to Callboard.

- Sell job posts, subscription plans and advertising packages.

- Help new employers set up their accounts and post their first roles.

- Build relationships with local chambers of commerce and business groups.

- Track your leads and share feedback about what employers need.

What we're looking for

- Experience in sales, customer service or business development, or a strong drive to learn them.

- Confidence talking with business owners and hiring managers by phone, email and in person.

- Good organization and follow-through.

- Knowledge of the Twin Cities business community is a plus.
