Using Callboard with other recruiting tools
Other tools find people who are not looking. The board finds people who are. Use both.
A sourcing tool searches profiles of people who may not be job hunting. Callboard is a notice board for people already looking. Run both against the same job.
On Callboard, open the Recruiter kit. It builds a search from the title, skills, and city, plus a short note that points at the live listing, including pay if you posted it. Paste the search into the tool you already use. Do not rebuild the job there and forget the Callboard link.
Keep the note short. Name the role, the company, the city or remote, and the Callboard link. The follow-up is one sentence. If they apply, mark them hired on your pipeline so you do not message them again.
Callboard does not sync seats, message credits, or outside profiles. Names you log on the Recruiter page stay on your device. The record in your other tool stays there.
