Cinder Labs is hiring a platform engineer in Austin, TX. The work is hands-on: you will own a slice of the operation, ship it, and stay close to the people who use it.

This is a Full-time role. Most of the week is on site, with flexibility for deep-work days. We post on Callboard because candidates here are already looking — not waiting to be found.
