Callboard plus LinkedIn Recruiter
Recruiter finds people who are not looking. The board finds people who are. Use both.
A Recruiter seat is a search engine over profiles. Callboard is a notice board for people already hunting. The overlap is smaller than vendors pretend. Run both against the same job.
On Callboard, open Recruiter kit. It builds a boolean from the title, skills, and city, plus InMail that points at the live listing — including pay, if you posted it. Paste the boolean into Talent search. Do not rebuild the job inside LinkedIn and forget the Callboard URL.
InMail should be short. Name the role, the company, the city or remote, and the Callboard link. The follow-up is one sentence. If they apply, mark them Hired on the pipeline so you do not InMail them again.
Callboard is not Recruiter System Connect. We do not sync seats, InMail credits, or LinkedIn profiles. Names you log on the Recruiter page stay on your device. The official record remains in LinkedIn.
